SDE Technology encourages young talent through the company’s own apprenticeship schemes. It caters for levels 2 and 3 manufacturing and engineering apprentices. Many working in conjunction with In-Comm Training, SDE offers apprentices the chance to learn on industry standard equipment which help to facilitate their move into permanent industry positions once they finish their training. The apprenticeships can lead on to a degree course.
