Components & Profiles
We process medium- to heavy-gauge materials using pressing, laser cutting, forming, drilling, tapping and welding, with an emphasis on dimensional accuracy, positional tolerance and structural integrity. Welded assemblies are produced under controlled procedures and qualified personnel, with inspection regimes defined to suit the criticality of the application.
Materials & Standards
Surface finishes—such as hot-dip galvanising, powder coating or duplex systems—are selected to meet the required corrosion category and design life, and are supported by coating thickness checks and, where needed, corrosion-test evidence. Hole patterns, fit-up geometry and interface details are controlled to ensure efficient installation on site and compatibility with other structural elements.
