In-Line & Final Inspection Protocols
We operate a robust layered inspection approach:
- Operator self-inspection with calibrated gauges and visual standards
- In-line process audit inspections by quality technicians
- Final release inspection with documented traceability
100% inspection can be applied for safety-critical or launch components.
Non-Conformance, RCA & Continuous Improvement
All non-conformances are logged through our QMS, with formal root cause analysis (RCA) using 8D, Ishikawa or 5 Why’s. Corrective and preventive actions are closed out with evidence and tracked KPIs. We embed Kaizen and lean tools such as 5S, Poka-Yoke and visual management to support a culture of continuous improvement.
Supplier Quality & Auditing
We audit our supply chain against IATF and ISO standards, with a focus on on-time delivery, batch traceability, and material certification. Supplier PPAP and performance scorecards ensure alignment with our quality objectives.
Application Example:
We currently manage quality-critical production for automotive, defence, aerospace, and safety-related components including structural brackets, brake components, and battery housing. These are delivered with full traceability, controlled torque and weld integrity testing, and dimensional conformance—all certified within our accredited framework.
Internal Auditing & 5S Culture
We operate a structured internal auditing programme covering all major processes, workstations, and support functions. Internal audits are carried out by trained auditors to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards, with findings used to drive continuous improvement and reinforce procedural compliance. This proactive approach ensures non-conformances are prevented before escalation, and that we maintain alignment with customer-specific and regulatory requirements.
