Components & Profiles
We produce upright components, beams, cleats, connector plates, bracing elements and ancillary brackets using press-formed, laser-cut, notched and pierced profiles, as well as welded sub-assemblies. Typical requirements include tight control of profile form, hole pitch, slot geometry, camber, twist and straightness to ensure correct assembly and uniform load distribution across installed systems.
Materials & Standards
Materials are selected to meet structural and durability requirements, typically high-strength steels and galvanised or coated substrates. Welded connections are made using controlled procedures and coded welders to relevant BS/EN standards, with visual inspection, macro checks, and dimensional verification forming part of the quality regime.
Scalable Capacity
Surface protection is delivered via galvanising, e-coat, powder coating or combinations thereof, depending on the application and environmental classification. Our manufacturing and inspection processes support customers in achieving compliance with racking design and safety standards, while our scalable capacity enables supply for both major distribution centre roll-outs and ongoing aftermarket requirements.
